Practice exam formats
Our practice exams come in 2 formats ... "Quiz" and "Flash Cards"
In the "Quiz" format, your practice exam is submitted for grading after you have answered all of the questions. After obtaining your results, you can review the quiz in its entirety on a question-by-question basis. The review will display the correct answer for each question as well as your selection.
In the "Flash Cards" format, each question is graded as soon as its submit button is clicked. A pop-up window will show you whether your answer was correct or incorrect and the page number in the manual where the correct answer can be found. After obtaining your final result, you can review the practice exam in its entirety. The review will display the correct answer for each question as well as your selection.
What browser do I need?
- Our site is designed for a minimum 1024-pixel browser width, while providing easy readability at even higher resolutions. Browsers set to a lower resolution will have a scroll bar appear at the bottom of the page.
- Our site has been cross-browser tested and is accessible using any current web browser.
Why do I sometimes have to login a second time?
- Your session automatically ends after 60 minutes of inactivity. If you do not interact with the site for that period of time, our system will log you out as a security precaution.
Why can't I access the quizzes from work?
- Some employers set firewall policies to block incoming Flash content in order to prevent employee access to YouTube videos, etc. Unfortunately, our quizzes are Flash-based, so unless you can get an IT administrator to create an exception for http://www.coryandsteve.com, you will not be able to gain access to the quizzes.
